MENTAL HEALTH WORKSHOPS
We have lofty goals. We measure success based on our ability to inspire participants to create culture change in their cohort.

HOW WE DO IT
We create environments that support participants to explore, practice and unpack how stereotypes can keep us from living life to the fullest.
They explore, practice and unpack how group culture shapes the environments that they live in.
We challenge participants to take ownership of their role in creating a positive culture and positive environments for a better future.
WHAT IS THE IMPACT?
We aim to progress participants through the Transtheoretical Model of Behaviour Change from Precontemplation to taking Action toward improving their own and their peers' lives. We do this by building their capacity, knowledge and skills to challenge norms and have more meaningful conversations and relationships with their peers.
Underlying all of our work is the goal of improving participant’s mental health outcomes and giving them the opportunity to live the fullest lives possible.
